I have read the book Mastering Leptin by Byron Richards written in 2002. I have lived with the Leptin Monstor Nightmare. Venus Factor may be a new way and economically enhancing way of presenting Mr. Richards information. This may not be a bad thing as more people with learn about leptin. I am just giving Byron Richards some much deserved credit for leptin resistant diet basics.

This was a nice review. Everytime I looked to find a decent review, it was actually someone promoting the system which really annoyed me. Also, the discussion on Yahoo.Answers were deleted which bothers me. If the program is that good, why be afraid of public discussion? I hate censorship. I would rather like to gather all the information and then make an informed decision. Even though this is a third party review, it still had a plug for the diet in which you can purchase the program. So its not a great review, but your opinions seemed truthful. I will take this into account.
